About Lafuente Sign and Awning

Lafuente Sign and Awning designs, fabricates, and installs custom stationary and retractable awnings, canopies, signage, banners, flags, flagpoles, brackets and hardware systems, and large-format digital graphics. The Site provides general information about our products and services and is intended primarily for businesses and organizations.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Quotes, Estimates, and Orders

Information on the Site, including descriptions of products and services, is provided for general reference only and does not constitute a binding offer, quote, or contract. Pricing, product availability, materials, lead times, and specifications may change without notice.

Any quote, estimate, proposal, or order for products or services is subject to a separate written agreement, work order, or contract between you and Lafuente. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement covering a specific project, the signed agreement controls for that project. Permitting timelines, landlord or HOA approvals, and similar third-party requirements are not within our control and may affect project schedules.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, project galleries, designs, and the “Lafuente Sign and Awning” name and marks — is owned by or licensed to Lafuente and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content without our prior written consent.

Designs, drawings, renderings, and proofs we prepare for a project remain our property unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

Submissions

If you send us ideas, photos, measurements, requests, feedback, or other materials through the Site or by email, you represent that you have the right to share them, and you grant us permission to use them as needed to respond to you and to design, quote, and complete your project.

The Site may link to third-party websites or social media accounts. We provide these links for convenience only and do not endorse or take responsibility for the content, products, or practices of any third-party site.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lafuente and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after any change means you accept the updated Terms.
